Learn to Wait While Your Money Works
Most people think investing is about finding the right stock. It's not. It's about having the discipline to leave your right choice alone long enough for it to matter.
Our autumn 2025 sessions start accepting registrations in June
What We're Teaching This Year
We don't teach you to predict markets. That's guessing dressed up in expensive language. Instead, we teach you how to stop yourself from making decisions when markets get weird.
The Fundamentals Course
This one's for people who've heard about compound interest but never actually seen it work in real life. We start with the basics because most investment mistakes come from skipping them.
- Why most people sell at exactly the wrong moment
- How to build a portfolio you can actually ignore
- The math behind long-term thinking (it's simpler than you'd expect)
- Real portfolio examples from actual investors, not textbooks
Advanced Patience Strategy
For folks who already understand the basics but struggle when the news gets scary. This course focuses on building systems that work when your emotions don't.
- Creating rules you'll actually follow during market drops
- Understanding volatility without panicking about it
- Building conviction in your investment choices
- Case studies from people who held through rough patches
Who's Teaching
Cormac Dunleavy
Lead Instructor
Cormac spent fifteen years managing portfolios before he realized most of his job was just convincing people not to touch anything. He started teaching in 2019 after getting tired of watching smart people make expensive emotional decisions.
His approach: treat investing like planting trees. You can't make them grow faster by checking on them every day. But you can definitely kill them by digging them up to see how they're doing.
Registration Opens in Two Months
We keep class sizes small because this kind of learning works better when you can ask real questions. If you're thinking about joining us for autumn sessions, reach out now so we can answer anything you're wondering about.
